When you submit the campaign’s get-involved form, we collect the contact information and volunteer preferences you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to your request, coordinate campaign activity, and communicate with you about the campaign.
How information is handled
The campaign does not sell personal information. Access is limited to authorized campaign personnel and service providers who help operate the website and campaign. Information may be disclosed when required by law.
External services
Donation processing and social-media links are operated by third parties. Their privacy practices apply when you leave this website. The campaign does not receive full payment-card details from the donation processor.
Your choices
You may ask the campaign to update or delete information you submitted, or ask to stop receiving campaign communications, by emailing Info@MikeForDallas.com.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect submissions. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for campaign operations, legal obligations, and recordkeeping.
